Every passenger is required to sign a liability waiver before embarking the boat.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- No refund is given for no shows.
- No refund is given for cancellations notified less than 48hrs in advance of the day of the scheduled tour date.
- For private charters, no refund is given if cancellation is notified less than 7 days in advance of the scheduled tour date.
- If we need to cancel a tour due to bad weather we will reschedule the tour or issue a refund.

All tours are weather permitting. Cancellation due to very bad weather will be notified on the morning of the trip.
