Cancellation / Refund Policy

• No refund is given for no shows.
• No refund is given for cancellations notified less than 48hrs in advance of the day of the scheduled tour date.
• For private charters, no refund is given if cancellation is notified less than 7 days in advance of the scheduled tour date.
• If we need to cancel a tour due to bad weather we will reschedule the tour or issue a refund.

Restrictions

Our adventure tours are not suitable for:

• Expectant mothers 2 months +
• Infants – 2 year old
• Anyone with back, knee or neck issues, and other serious health conditions
• Anyone with a heart condition that may be affected by a high speed boat ride

Please note

Every passenger is required to sign a liability waiver before embarking the boat.

Weather Policy

All tours are weather permitting. Cancellation due to very bad weather will be notified on the morning of the trip.
